Longstowe Hall Wedding Photography – Tina & Warren
Longstowe Hall Wedding Photography | Tina and Warren’s wedding at Longstowe Hall in Cambridgeshire was the first day of an epic wedding photography weekend for us.
Longstowe Hall Wedding Photography | As much as we’d looked at it on the internet prior to driving down, nothing could have prepared us for the sheer scale and beauty of this incredible estate. It was a wedding photographer’s dream, truly.
We spent the morning with these two getting ready at home with family and friends, travelling via a gorgeous little country pub to the church where they were married. It was everything we love about a Cambridge wedding, and we got the weather to match too – it was glorious! We then headed to Longstowe Hall.
It was just beyond our expectations.
As wedding photographers, when we’re presented with a place of awesome scale, we’re trying to take everything in for a good part of the day. We’re trying to make sense of all the features and provenance in amongst the whirlwind of wedding emotions, excited guests, and capture how a wedding day feels. Because that’s what it’s all about, creating those visual memories of how everyone really felt on your wedding day. Luckily Tina and Warren were just as excited as us to explore the property, grounds, gardens, halls, and everything we could possibly find!
The vast grounds provided ample space for a relaxed reception. The feeling was very much of a private estate surrounded by the Cambridgeshire countryside. With a river at the bottom of the gardens, the sun shining persistently as we headed into the evening, we really couldn’t have asked for any more.
