Garthmyl Hall Wedding Videography | Rachel & Nick asked us to film their wedding at Garthmyl Hall in summer, and from the moment we saw their timeline and plans for the day, we just knew it was going to be epic. They had it all – a gorgeous country manor in the Shropshire countryside, a beautiful walled garden for their ceremony. A couple of bands on standby to provide live music during their ceremony and reception. And a full-on caribbean wedding breakfast that we could enviously smell cooking right from the morning.

Rachel got ready in the main house in the morning, and Nick had one of the cottages on the estate. They’re beautiful little houses, really unique and the perfect spaces to get ready or stay for a few days relaxing. We absolutely loved it! We spent a bit of time in the gardens in the morning, getting used to the space, seeing the ceremony setup coming together. It was amazing to see friends and family helping with the floral arrangements, signs, and generally pitching in for what was to be a massive family gathering of fun and laughter.

We filmed all day, from the early morning when there was still dew on the grass, to after the first dance in the evening when the sun went down, and the building was lit by coloured uplighters. It was amazing to see the difference from the day to the night and to make the most of that with our film making.

Rachel & Nick’s wedding at Garthmyl Hall gave us so many creative opportunities to do something a little different. To take a more creative angle, and we absolutely loved it.
